yes. the internet is the word of mouth time 100k. precisely my point. fewer people will go to bad retailers and pay to much. for commodities, though, it is much worse. fewer ways to differentiate. the obvious way is price.........

yes. i agree. i go one step further and say it is a step back for business, on average. a big step. not every business. but on average. especially for web centered businesses (e.g., amzn).
