Ram, I think you're way too pessimistic.

1) From observations of Thompson I-Watch and the bid & ask on a minute by minute basis, it's obvious someone and/or some institution was strongly supporting last week in the 6-6 1/8 area. There must be a reason for not wanting the stock to fall too far at this point - maybe one of the Valence board members has jumped in.

2) The prospect for a Hanil-Samsung contract looks very promising IMO, and that would produce more orders from Hanil and a revenue stream from Hanil profits by year's end.

3) Licensing of the technology is now more probable than ever. Europe recently was about to ban Ni-Cad batteries permanently because of the Cadmium environmental danger. Battery makers there must negotiate some agreement. In addition, the Asians are hungry for the newest li-poly tech.

4) It was indicated that the Alliant orders would only get larger.

5) The sale of Energizer was scheduled to be complete in July or Aug. Energizer has already tested and approved Valence batteries and the acquiring party will certainly want the product.

To me, this list of exciting possibilities is too demanding to dismiss for the sake of impatience. I remain strongly bullish and personally expect a healthy move in the Aug-Sep time frame.
