My friend,
You are 100% correct that the la nina is still alive; however, this is exactly what will mean a warm winter. Recall that last winter was very warm on the east coast for all the big cities...this is because of the la nina. It was suppose to subside and now is not, hence another warm winter. I was in the ocean last week at SC and I have never felt ocean water that warm. It was like bath water! So, what does this mean for the price of OS ???????
