Thread For those who missed Juniper Networks and are so inclined, the following link (Sycamore Networks) may be of interest. I expect this IPO has the potential to be very interesting. Presuming they are for real, might be attractive takeover material for CSCO or one of the other leading networkers. New thread at the following link: techstocks.com

I am making a concerted effort to position into firms I believe are longterm holds, such as QCOM/JDSU/PMCS/WCOM/CSCO. mariner, you have made my Monday morning brighter. These are my favorite stocks (+MSFT) and to hear you claim that they will fare better than average through these dog days is encouraging. I have had several suggest to me to go all cash for a few weeks and buy back in after the Summer. I have stayed the course through a few downturns and never regretted it.
