Christopher I wish you the best of luck. A thought on persuasion: Treat them all kindly. Not in a patronizing, condescending, or naive way, but with a genuine regard for your common humanity, your common frailty, you common needs and desires. Kindness springs naturally from your own heart when you recognize in others what is also in you. Constant kindness can accomplish much. If we want someone to see our vision, following the path we have determined toward good and worthwhile goals, it is through kindness that we show them that they first begin to see what we are really about. Walter Scott said, "Oh! Many a shaft, at random sent, Finds mark the archer never meant. And many a word, at random spoken, May soothe or wound a heart that's broken"!
