So let me get this straight, you think it's a POS because it looks bad. Whats wrong doesn't fit with your customers decor. Give me a break!

<dude...i need to repeat things hah? open one of them. Home made box looks better> Donny….you are not giving any facts on why EFNT's products are a “POS” as you so eloquently put it. If you can say that the product is a “POS” you should also be able to say why…. and maybe if you really know what you are talking about…you might offer how it could be better. If your customers are not happy, an easy way to defend you position (short) would be to post their regrets. < Covad gives the product away for FREE> So Covad's system would then be a POS too. Are you short Covad as well?
