By the way, if you have not gone, you might be charmed by some exhibits at the Met:"Prayer Book for a Queen "(ends the 29th)and "Devotions and Diversions:Prints and Books from the Late Middle Ages" (29th). Unfortunately, the main exhibit, "Mirror of the Medieval World", closed in July. The exhibits are probably not worth separate trips, but if you take in the Whitney exhibit I recommended, and would like to lunch at the Met, you might fit them in after lunch....
