Sorry guys, but I gotta at least partially agree with Angel on this one. If the mesage is delievered in such a negative way it casts a cloud over the message and the effectiveness of the delivery is affected. For example how much credence did anybody put in Bob Monski's message. I would say little or none because of his arrogant nature. To a lessor degree the same is true for "S". I think it is a lot easier to get your message across with a reasoned well thought out attitude that does not need to be as negative. Of course it would be impossible to be all sweetness and nice when dealing with the bumbling morons like Pugs and Riley etc.
