"Book Value" ought to be around 22 cents. A good time to buy it would seem.

It's NOT moving, but that's no surprise. Consider two things: 1) The market is falling apart on interest rate fears. [OK...There should be no 'fear'. We basically know that an increase is a done deal. We're actually in the process of 'pricing in' the new rates.] 2) Stocks that have beat the street estimates are getting as killed as the rest of the stocks. Look, for instance, at PSUN, down around $2 in spite of booming retail sales. No reason for optimism on ETPI yet.
