JW, Not sure where the 16 mil shares comes from, but from the filing's prospectus regarding the 6 mil shares being sold directly by FNTN: "Financial Intranet, Inc. is directly offering 6,000,000 shares of common stock. The public offering price of the common stock is anticipated to be between $0.70 and $1.30 per share and will be equal to the average of the closing bid and asked prices per share of common stock as quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board on the day preceding the date of this prospectus." This is down from $2.00 in the initial filing, and $1.30 per share in the last amended filing. Take care, Keith
