This is the news most of us have been waiting for. It's now apparent that AOL and AT&T are having meaningful discussions, and that these discussions include: 1) AOL will get access to ATHM's pipes, either through a direct investment, or some sort of access deal for AOL 2) T does not see a strategic fit between ATHM and XCIT. Perhaps this deal will include AOL taking XCIT off T's hands. 3) These are direct discussions between T and AOL. Things are cooking behind closed doors. Let's hope it's a win-win situation. Looks like AOL will move up 5 points or more today, after the lemming weak longs give away their shares. all IMHO. DA.
