If a cat puts in a double bottom on the signal (in this case 20 15/16):

could one conceivably be justified in buying the uptrend started by the second point of the W?
In other cat news:
BJCT has had the bid on a new low of 15/32 all day, but so far no sellers. Otherwise, volume looks likely to hit.
NVLDF cheated the catman with a 20% gap down today. I'm almost tempted.
NOT.
