RE: EMC buys DGN for $1.1B. Interesting move by EMC. They are buying DGN to get hold of the Clarion product. Clarion is a very poor competitor against NTAP. It is not NAS; it is small scale SAN.

Does anyone have an opinion on this move by EMC?

Martin, I still own my "little baby" ATHM, and I will continue to own it for the long term. I wish I could say that I sold it when it topped out and that I'm looking to buy back in now that it's bottoming out, but I cannot. I buy and hold for the long term almost 100% of the time (excluding option plays that I make) and ATHM is definitely one of those holdings for me.

Frankly, I haven't even looked at the price for the past month. I know its been hurting, but I still love the story. At these levels I would definitely be a buyer, although I'm not about to put more money into this sector at this time.
