kramc, Your welcome, just keeping SI updated. I have not heard to much about what Nevtah is currently doing in Europe. I look forward to seeing any updates on the progress over there.

From what I am seeing the Presentations & Demo should have attendees, beyond the scope of what was originally planned for.

I was surprised when I heard the a VP of ORBCOMM would attend, then further surprised when Ed mentioned that the "Orbcomm sending V.Pres to Corsicana Demo with special guest from Fortune 500 type companies."

I think he met to use an "s" after the word guest.

"On short notice both the Vice Presidents of ORBCOMM and Stellar are coming to our demo in Corsicana. Both have agreed to support our projects for Equitable and DOE and want their name linked with ours."

Linking your name with an OTC:BB is not high on the list of things a larger credible company wants to do. Especially when the BB has not completed an SB2A for fully reportng to the SEC.

So why an the interest, having their name linked with PAMCO?

From my understanding ORBCOMM has great interest in Cybersensor.

May 18, 1999--Nevtah Capital Management Corp. ("Nevtah")(NASD OTC: NTAH) announces that Cybersensor.com (Cybersensor) has formed a strategic joint development alliance with Stellar Satellite Communications (Stellar).

The following is IMHO, and is speculation, and I will find out more and post after I return from Corsicana.

The way I see it, PAMCO proprietary technology maybe used in the Satellite Communicator Data Xfer, which allows for a large amount of data to be sent, in a very short period of satellite time.

This would mean some type of compression is used, and it is hard for me to believe that PAMCO has come up with a new type of Data Compression, but I am not familiar with Satellite Communications/Data Transfer, and how it may differ from Compression used on the Internet. And it not out of the question, and maybe a possiblity.

Anyway this leads me to believe that ORBCOMM is interested because they can advertise to new (and old) customers, that they can cut the cost of their customers bottom line for service, not by cutting the cost of Satellite Time, but cutting the customers time on the Satellite.

I must note that there must be something going on, whether it happens or not, it was noted in the May 18, 1999 PR Stellar is considering locating a North American plant to serve the anticipated demands of Cybersensor.

Again this is pure speculation on my part at this time, though this is the picture I get when putting various pieces of information together.

Attending the Presentation & Demo will open a whole new perspective on many aspects of Nevtah/PAMCO/Cybersensor.com,inc.

Ever since the announcement that Nevtah bought 50% of PAMCO earlier this year, many milestones have taken place.

The advent of Cybersensor being the most prominent IMHO.

The Pump (Wellminder) for which I originally invested in Nevtah for, now being second.

3rd:
What the DOE & RMOTC Reports have to say, could go ALONG way in giving Exceptional Credibility Technologies we have invested in.

One more quote from Ed, to conclude this post:

<DOE has sent copy of news release to be made public very soon on the RMOTC and DOE web sites. Their engineers have been here and have followed our progress for some time.
They would not make such a positive and profound statement about our potential effect on the U.S. stripper production if they as an agency were not absolutely convinced of its impact.

Regards,
JW@KSC

NTAH/PAMCO News on stockgroup.com from President Ed Corlew.

14) Facts and info IP Verification: 207.69.172.189
Starting tomorrow you will begin to see cybersensor and Pamco linked and tied with several major companies. First the facts for you who would question and seek the substance of the Nevtah positions and investment. Pamco has been around for many years. We have two patents and an independent study of the technology by Texas A & M University. The technology has been tested and proven but needed to be commercial and taken into mass production. We obtained a grant from the DOE in 1989 that was one of only 40 chosen out of 1,200 applicants. For the past few years we have improved, redesgned and engineered for various and deeper applications. We have now developed the final product which is totally computerized and has telemetry with cybersensor. Just this week we recieved two additional patents with others on the software being continued as we update and improve. Now all names references and most invited to the Demo have known about us for many years. Orbcomm, Stellar and Equitable have sent engineers, management and legal to review current status of the inventions, patents and technology along with DOE. Equitable has sent engineers from several departments to scrutinize and study us from top to bottom. These billion dollar companies and the U.S. gov. do not invest time money and then link their names unless they have done the DD necessary to support the decisions. Therefore you can rest assured that as of tomorrow when Orbcomm puts a news release on the Web site, signs an agreement with us as the only multi national VAR tieing them with cybersensor, we have been up and down all departments from engineering to legal. Stellar has not invited anyone to Israel or let any company small or large have access and loading codes except cybersensor.com,inc. Equitable has not only investigated and approved us but was so excited the CEO will be in Virginia at the invitation of local management who put their reputation on the line to commit to us over Schlumberger and other large companies. As stockholders of Nevtah you will next see our name with DOE support stating their belief in our impact on U.S. oil production with Pamco and cybersensor. Next you will see a list that reads like the whos who in the oil and gas industry at the Corsican demo. Orbcomm has sent personal invitations to the biggest and many others endorsing cybersensor. Now that should be enough DD and credibility rather than calling or asking us about our own company or Nevtah. Just study the above companies and see how many would like to be in our position with our relationship as a start up. Think about how many are trying to sell software and communications that are huge but here we are. Very simply and factually without any need for promotion the facts stand for themselves. No one at this time can do or deliver what we will demo and present on an international level the end of this month. Ed Corlew Pamco
