Yes, makes sense... unfortunately the convert owners get to invest at the expense of the common holders BIG TIME.

Well actually they seriously misjudged the amount of common shareholder value that was awarded the preferred shareholders. The market correctly assessed this loss of value.

Management essentially risked the entire value of common shares of the company. I don't know the feduciary ramifications since I've never seen action against a management yet... but needless to say people have been in jail for much less, except that they probably knew what they were doing.

I suggest you do some dd on the "investors" and take a look at last 8 months of short position in aria
