Telebank started out exactly like USAB they took a few branches of a bank, closed their doors to sidewalk customers, and went totally virtual. since then, their stock has appreciated >1,000%. there is no reason to believe USAB is a 'dog' on the virge of their site relaunch. I suggest you buy a token amount of shares here, just so you don't look late to the party Friday, when people will be running this back up to $16. USAB is Very good at self promotion, and for that reason alone is worth buying here.
