Now that the company has improved their fundamentals, they should have no problem raising a block of money that will clean up their financials, make their balance sheet strong and start sending the stock price way up north. Institutions won't buy the stock until the financials are in order. I wouldn't worry about dilution. For the company to clean up its financials, maybe the shares outstanding will go from about 15.5 mil to around 20 or 22 mil shares out. With all of the positive fundamental developments and tremendous value, we could easily see $150-250 mil in market cap which could still give us a $10 stock price less than 6-12 months.
