Frederic Conrad, first of all, apology accepted. I've said things that I later regretted and offered apologies too. We're all only human, after all. And thanks for the BD wishes. Under Florida Law, you do not have a "Duty to retreat" when in your own home or place of business. Because of the "Castle Doctrine", you can stand your ground and defend your premises and possessions even if you could avoid personal danger by running away. In any other place, you do have the duty to retreat. C Kahn
