I would think that they will not "close" the deal until December. That is when they will close the purchase of the property, so they must own it before they can sell it. But work can start now, stuff like planning and approvals. This company keeps putting out positive information. Even if it does not go up now, by this time next year it will have the revenue coming in from these deals. Buy all you can now. this time next year it may be too late. Rick
