LOL
BTW, in classic SI, which I am using now for the first time in a few days, little white zeroes have appeared in the quote boxes at the bottom of stock threads (i.e. GNET). Have these been here for awhile?

To be a leap year, century years must be evenly divisible by 400, not 4.

So, 1900 was not a leap year. 2000 will be a leap year. 2100 will not be a leap year.... This is my understanding of leap years.
