Paulo, how else would you stop the expectation in the market place? The whole issue of stock option has put substantial pressure on real estate prices and other services, at a time that only a small part of the US population enjoys such high pay increases for the work they do. Leaving the situation as is, will also induce substantial social dislocation in the society. Wiping out those easy gained compensation packages from stock option plans not only will strengthen the US economy but will also restore the social fabric of the US society. BWDIK Haim
