(OTC BB:GOCA), (www.goca.com), announced today that it has repurchased the 4,552,751 restricted shares that were issued to the former 92% shareholders of Country Star Restaurants, Inc., in exchange for their Country Star common stock. The repurchase and cancellation of these shares will decrease the total number of shares issued and outstanding of Go Call by 23% to 15,414,551 from 19,967,302. Go Call will maintain its ownership of 92% of the common stock of Country Star after this transaction. Go Call is an Internet and E-commerce company focused on the Internet entertainment industry. Its services include management of online gaming, internet kiosks, banner advertising and the development of a comparison shopping search engine.
