<<. I'll take questions from SI and RB with me this time concerning the new funding contract and other topics.>>

Ask gordo if he would considering resigning and taking henry with him....even 5fer had the common decency to resign from compaq when he knew he was unable to run the company in a profitable manner.....

<<The other new deal is in the hands of the lawyers.>>
Must be stuck in the same drawer as all those questions everybody keeps asking henry and gordo about....BTW why are their lawyers in Colorado?..wouldnt it be wiser to have a local team of lawyers in at least the same time zone?

Hi Bob - this is getting familiar -

<<<is in the hands of the lawyers.>>>

www3.techstocks.com

Please let Paul Henry know when you meet him this week that I would certainly appreciate a response to my e-mail with my and your questions. I realize that you feel that you have already provided most of the answers - but I still expect a response directly from the company - as a courtesy at least.

I want the company to respond in it's own words and not through a third party. After all, you are just a regular shareholder like the rest of us and you can't speak officially for the company.

If they want to respond - "NO RESPONSE" - that's fine with me. Thanks Bob for all your help. :~)

Regards,

Phil

Bob, you realize that you do not have to defend yourself, your intention to meet with RG, or your reports to any thread idiots on RB. Just because you have done a thousand times more DD than your closest competitor does not mean that you have to explain the company's decisions or actions. The [generic derogatory term] on RB who is demanding to know your agenda and how much time you are going to have with RG is downright laughable! How old is this person? If he is so interested, why doesn't he fly down to St. Pete on Thursday, and attend the meeting? Maybe he could carry your notebook.

When I was 5 years old, my mother sometimes would not tell me about things she thought were going to happen in case plans fell through. She knew I would have problems handling the disappointment. The key here, RB people, I was 5!

It is also most amusing to read the repetitive rantings about RG and how incompetent and dishonest he is. The most prolific of these writers is the person who communicated the idea that the floor on the new financing is $.23 and who claimed that I had "conservatively" predicted $400 million in revenue by the end of 1999. Since neither of these statements is remotely true, this is a case of the pot calling the kettle "black!" There is a basic principle in psychology that says people are most critical of traits in others that they particularly despise in themselves. Just read and watch.

Bob, I didn't make it to the stockholders' meeting due to the lack of time to make proper arrangements. A city not too far away has a new direct flight to Tampa, so I'm toying with making the pilgrimage. In the meantime, I truly appreciate the time and effort you spend in gathering information about the company. If the folks on RB aren't interested in what you have to say, remember that I am interested.

Regards, Suzanne
