BKX may be finding support at a bearish support (downtrending) trendline. Goldman put out a recommendation on brokers today --- this should only work for a short while. With market trading volume so low, it can't be bullish for brokers. IUX (Insurance) is plummeting. Bond market may be getting hit with supply because of Y2K fears of companies. This might be a precursor for the stock market in the fall --- trading volumes staying very low. It should be good for bonds later in the fall since all the supply has been moved up.
