MCI going to 5 cents a minute, off peak, may be hitting T.
This is a first response (in pricing) to baby bells coming into long distance. Armstrong must be seeing some chilling financials about now.

Boy.. T had it all. They had everything to lose and they lost it! I am so disappointed in their performance these past 10 years. Geniuses...buying NCR. With them, everything had to be BIG.

While they were burning away assets AOL was creating them.
