USAT has always been on a cash only basis. I would hazard to say (This is a guess) that any start - up company that is ordering from FCM is on cash only or they do not leave the dock basis. Sethy

I don't think a 9,700 share order means anything! Also, USAT means nothing. The FACT that FCM hasn't been able to get much else going except for USAT........That's the issue! The fact that people like Yahoo and CNBC have chosen "inferior" products to supply their VoIP solutions........That's the issue! It's a lot like Sony and the Beta Max. Even though Beta was a superior product, VHS took the literal world by storm because it was marketed and endeared by more of the general population. Try as they would, Sony with all it's clout, couldn't overtake VHS. The Irony,....Sony invented both VHS and Beta. Franklin's Irony....they have the best product but can't seem to get it going. USAT, you bet it has an effect on FCM's stock. My point....it shouldn't. The only reason it does is because there hasn't been anything else generated. The fact that we had a FLAT consecutive Quarter. That's is the REAL PROBLEM! Everyone is nervous about what this current and subsequent Quarter's are going to look like. Me Included! Two years ago, in New York, Frank Peters said that this company would be doing $1,000,000,000 within 18 months. Now, whether you expect that or not, reality is WE DON'T EXPECT FLAT QUARTER TO CONSECUTIVE QUARTER REVENUES! Screw Year over Year quarters. Don't mean nothin. THis is a Huge growth industry and they were "R&D" in the previous year.
