Although the daytrading reports are focused on the daytrading firms/rooms, most people don't know the difference between the electronic trader at home and daytrading rooms. This negative publicity will hurt the industry in the short term. NITE is right in the middle of the industry.

Vestor, Go back and look up news on NITE and GS (and others). I saw this news as early as midday Friday. [Apparently, this news has been repeated many times -- go to the GS board and look at old news]. Someone pointed this out on the YHOO or RB board (I don't recall). Shouldn't one be asking why this news is being repeated every day? Look at how many times on the NITE board. I don't have any answers. But I do know that Reuters owns Instinet (an ECN). Joseph
