In my experience with story stocks option volume and in particular high call volume in relation to open interest telegraph movement to the upside days to weeks before movement in the underlying equity.http://quote.cboe.com/QuoteTable.asp?TICKER=vlnc&ALL=2 It is nearly impossible to keep pending news from "insiders". IMHO we will not hear anything of import in the up coming CC. It is my understanding that SEC rules prohibit announcing any material event in a CC during market hours unless the CC is preceded by a PR. I think it will be October at the earliest before we hear anything from management of significance. It is unfortunate that, despite the purpose of CC's as a vehicle for informing shareholders, there is no access to shareholders to pose questions. Robert (still very long but impatient)
