Well the sibutramine ICE IND was promised for August... Hard to see that this would produce a surge, though. There's lots of potential good news lurking in the wings, though - maybe some more partnerships or a settlement on Allegra.

Recall the SEC actually started some sort of investigation about the price movements before the Prozac deal was announced. You would think that this would make people behave...
