<< While there have been meetings with America Online (NYSE: AOL - news) in the recent past, there is no specific proposal currently under discussion between AT&T and AOL. >> ("no specific proposal currently") I could just be picking apart these words but "specific" implies that something WAS discussed and currently shows me that it will or has happened. Too, ("discussion between AT&T and AOL.") doesn't say between AOL & ATHM. Bottom line is that no one knows what is going on. Something is happening for sure and that is all we will know for a while.
