Oscillators are not reliable indicators of future performance, only past. They are inherently wrong when a stock has a volatility swing that takes it to extremes such as ABX {may spike, June drop} the faster the stochastic, the worse the result.

OBV is really meaningless now days.

MACD, which is interesting for ABX, Is showing signs of degradation. I noticed your Ask Research shows the MACD above the line, and BigCharts.com shows it fixed below the horizon. But the trend is VERY similar to July 1/99 trend. Most of the trends, including RSI are very similar to July/99. Although this suggests that ABX is ready to drop like a rock, and a shorter should jump on, the POG is the real determinate.

Might I suggest... ABX looks like it defying logic, Gold, and interest rates. Maybe a short covering rally?
