Saw that promotional too.

I have Qwest $.09/ min with the home 800 number and credit card with no monthly fee.

I have used the card to call Spain and back from there. My son uses the 800 to call home. Everything works fine and the billing is fine. No errors yet. I like it.

I'm real pleased with it.

Judith,

Knowing how fast this industry changes it's calling plans, 9 months is an eternity. There will be 12 new version between now and 9 months from now. I don't suspect that anything goes from promotional to 'fixed' at the customers's expense. Why?

1) Becuase it so easy for customers to switch providers,
2) It's easy to waive these annoyances.

ATT is giving me 2 hours of free long distance every month for 6 months. I guarantee you that when 6 months runs out, they will have something equally as enticing to keep me!!!

Regards (and don't let that deadline disuade you today if the plan sounds good for your calling style....)

Steve
