actually, yes. when stocks like this start to drop, they build a lot of momentum both up or down. At this point, it looks like there is considerable selling pressure. I was given a "tip to buy" last week; but after a little research, I think this was a promoted "tip". Better to stay away.

To be fair, Ballard and MKTY just released very disappointing earnings, and are in free fall. it is possible that fund managers are reassessing their positions in other FC companies, as the two alleged leaders are stumbling.

FWIW, DCHT is delivering a 3kW Fuel cell to NW Power Systems in Nov 1999, not 2004 like some other companies.

Most of these fund managers don't know if they'll be alive or employed in 2004 so they are bailing now.
