I'm sorry, Ron, I don't have any background documents. I was simply reacting to this one document as an example of the poor quality of analysis that too frequently characterizes Y2K reporting. In general, it's normal to use templates, hardly worth mentioning, let alone finding suspicious. If you're up for researching this particular template, I wish you luck and look forward to your report, which I am sure will be be better constructed than the one I was critiquing. :) Karen
