Okay...not sure what that means but hope things pan out and the cycle of shorting gets broken. No allegations here. Just recalling some past posts about "our friends in Texas" and wondering when it will all come to an end and what the eventual story will be on this mess.

Tom just called - 4:25 pm est - Brian Faulkner, our attorney confirms his conversation with the SEC: The S E C admitted a bureaucratic faux pas, an error. This explication will be found on the otc/bb site with an addendum that the E shall be removed Wednesday or Thursday.
