Crazy action can be attributed to one of the following:

1) Group of well organized shorters making a killing on weak hand IATV holders.

2) MM games to get stock cheaper to build share amounts for run up.

3) General NASDAQ/Internet weakness

4) Bad Earnings due

5) Someone knows something and it must be bad.

6) More shares being dumped into the open market.

Anyone care to form an opinion?

<<I sincerely find the price action of this stock to be almost unbelievable.>>

It kind of surprises me that you say this, Ed. Any speculative stock with meaningful earnings projected to be well in the future and which has had a huge rise in the past year is vulnerable to a major downdraft. These sorts of stocks crater time and again. Doesn't mean that it's a sure thing that they will, but it does frequently happen. Moreover, they often rise from the ashes, particularly those with a good story, or at least a story that has currency with the Street and hasn't been used up yet.
Re IATV, it's possible that it's setting up for a panic blowoff, whereby fear and margin calls lead to more fear and margin calls and the price quickly sinks, gives people stomach aches, and then (usually) bounces back, providing opportunity for those who don't get nailed. Should this happen with IATV (and I certainly don't know if it will), I'll be sorely tempted to get back in. (OT - Some of you may be interested in SWRX, which recently collapsed on bad news that really wasn't, bounced back smartly, then clunked right down again to the low 5's. The news items tell the story. I expect it's another rise-from-the-ashes stock.)
