FlatTaxMan, If I over-reacted to your comment, I apologize. It just seems to me that Christ gets a bad rap as it is nowdays. And when I saw that his actions were being compared to JFK's actions, I reacted defensively. No, there's nothing wrong with studying history as a Christian. It hit a raw nerve. I can understand the analogy you were making. And my eyes aren't closed. I know that more underhanded dealings go on in this world than I will ever be able to comprehend. I don't know what your spiritual beliefs are. But when I hear people taking the Lord's name in vain, or cursing God, it makes me cringe. I realize that you didn't use the comparison to Christ in a disrespectful way. I over-reacted. C Kahn
