I do not know who has the premits. Trying to verify that also. I did get the claims and serial bnumbers at least fro the BLM. The permits like everything else I have to have a name. APparently if they stated it I would assume they have copies of some permits. The company attorney I searched out today told me it was a real deal and they were hoping to close soon. I will take that for the moment since I do not know what permits Orex is going to have to get. :-) GB
