Was that approved by the company?

I tried to ask Terry that very question but couldn't get hold of him as he was away on business. My guess is PINC will have a new IR guy when all is said and done.

No, it was a personal message from Greg Kraft to loyal supporters of the Company. If anyone doesn't like PINC or doesn't appreciate the fine job (my opinion) that Terry Dennis is doing to grow this Company, then don't invest...watch from the sidelines. I have found Greg Kraft to be honest and forthcoming and most important, he CARES about the future outlook for PINC and would like nothing more than to see this Company become a huge success BASED upon true revenue and earnings growth and NOT based upon fabrication, conjecture, or puffery. I believe that PINC has an honest chance to earn around 25 cents this year (ending DEC 31) and if this proves to be the case, the stock is obviously very cheap, selling currently at two times earnings. When you are dealing in the bulletin board arena, there are numerous agendas to drive stocks up or down. In Terry Dennis' short six month tenure, he has instituted some excellent marketing and growth strategies, diversifying the Company's various sources of revenue. I personally believe that his leadership will insure that PINC will grow to a respectable size over the coming months and years. The future stock price will then of course reflect the "reality" of the fundamentals. In the meantime, until PINC becomes "reporting", and until PINC goes on to NASDAQ, it will be subject to continuous conjecture, bashing, agendas, and all of the other problems inherent in BB stocks. As for Greg Kraft, and this again is my opinion, he recognizes the true growth potential of PINC, is proud to be associated with this Company, and most of all, he CARES about its LOYAL shareholders that share his vision of PINC's optimistic future. For that, I think he should be applauded. Greg is always responsive in an HONEST way to investors and shareholders who inquire. He recognizes the true potential of what is being put into place for PINC's future and is EXCITED about it! Why? BECAUSE HE CARES, unlike the vast majority of other IR's! IF you want excellent IR representation, you want Greg Kraft on board! He is a true asset, certainly not a detriment. I take full responsibility for publishing his e-mail. I happen to believe strongly in PINC, Terry Dennis, Greg Kraft. Good luck with all of your investments!
