I think its a great move on CSCO's part.. they're broadening their customer and service base in a strategic alliance and increasing their sales force (integrators) by 2/3rds overnight. Technically the stock could drop into low 50's like last summer/fall move pattern (though I'd be hard pressed to find a fundamental reason), but this deal is tops. "Under this joint venture, our customers can now count on the Internet systems expertise of Cisco and the Internet solutions expertise of KPMG, a significant combination for any company that wants to move their business to the Internet and participate in the emerging Internet Ecosystem of connected businesses and customers"
