mact, Thanks for the advance warning. I am not saying to destroy at all causes. I do like the concept of online mortgage. The one huge reason why I think EELN is a raw deal "right now" is because it is like me. If I stop originating business, I will be out of business. There is no recurring income. That is what concern me the most. If EELN has servicing right, I will be the first to long. Right now, I don't think the company is very creative in their planning of growth. Give me the money that they have, I can do a lot more than being a broker. IMO. Good luck to all
