Fair enough Katherine, fwiw I was involved in the Dell architecture myself and one of the original implementers in ERP in the early 90s. My only point is that to do what Dell did is very expensive and not really justified for niche markets. You are looking at around a 1-2% cos improvement, which is great if you intend to blanket the world with your product. The cost of some of these implementations is 30mm+.

Anyway ICGE doesn't have too many of these in their portfolio anyway, it sounds like you see it as one potential market for them, ok. I'm a little more interested in the outsourced automation companies since I believe they will easily make money and business is crying for this, it looks like the old peoplesoft space will go first, and probably others after that?
