question for those that use idtc as there long distance carrier, i am in portland, or, and mci/worldcom takes care of the billing, is this true across the country? (for problems i call idt, for payments i send it to mci). for those who do not also know, idt calls are billed in 6 second increments, not up to the next minute as many of the 10-10 numbers and specials do. also idtc does not charge a monthly fee for their rate, as many of the so called cheap rates do. to switch to idtc and their 7.9 cents/minute rate, 24 hours a day: idt.net first people criticize you for some grammer and spelling, and then accuse you of writing for cbs? i guess you hired a ghost writer?
