Vantage, I agree. If FNTN does actually increase the number of shares from 23 million to 39 million, I hope they do something productive with the money collected. I did notice in the filing that they plan to use some of the money for marketing/advertising and for paying off debts. I am not convinced, however, that they have done anything useful with the money collected from the 23 million shares in the past (I think they have collected at least 40 million dollars, most of which came from the initial IPO at $5. I would bet that Barry Stein, Michael Sheppard, and Maura Marx have made a handsome sum from FNTN).

I don't mean to be so negative as I think FNTN has incredible potential if the management does anything they say they will. In addition, perhaps I am misguided in thinking that this new re-filing will greatly delay full reporting status, and perhaps FNTN will not issue the full 16 million shares they are requesting (or use it for some incredible purpose that will raise the stock way higher than previously thought). I greatly appreciate anyone's comments on this current situation.

Dear Vantage,
Authorized shares has been 50 million since last years shareholder's meeting it was doubled from 25 million in order to conduct M & A ( at least that is what the spin was at the time by MS & MM), there is no need to file an SB-2 to use any of those shares for an acquisition, as it says very clearly in the SB-2 and has in all of the filings they need cash to do any M & A. Cash will be raised by the selling of these shares for the Company and cash will be pocketed by private individuals when they sell shares registered in the secondary prospectus.,,Barbara
P.S. Doc glad to see you are finally reading the SB-2, if you had read any of them before you would have known that there never was a mere 2 million that would be coming to market, again the approval of this SB-2 does not mean FNTN is fully reporting.
