sawgrass: The market seems to agree with you. It seems like an odd way to move into the content business but maybe their is some synergy vis-a-vis marketing to corporations. The SEC might not like some of the conflicts that this merger creates. Certainly is a surprise. JFD

KPMG has been carving out a strong systems business for about 3 years. They still maintain a strong presence in banking/accounting, however they're integration business has been growing significantly over the past few years. Unfortantely they are not public so I can not get the details but I have worked cloesly with the folks in a number of instances - mostly coupled with MSFT - they ARE an integration company and continue to grow this business significantly.
