>>Intel may be the best investment of all the gorillas in a rising interest rates skitterish market.

Hi, Tony. The semiconductor stocks have sure done a turn around in the past few weeks. Look at Intel making new highs in a weak market; they've been seriously underestimated this year, but you knew their value and hung in there <g>.

As far as interest rates increases are concerned, Microsoft should be the least affected because they have the most cash. I can't imagine them needing a loan in the near future, but then again, I haven't seen their legal bills.

So far this year, the Gorillas haven't done all that well, with the exception of the new guy, Q. The graph of the Silverbacks is a follows, and intc is in the pack:

Not much to choose between them.

Are you going to the game on Thursday?

Frank

Tony, How do you like the turn in sentiment on the G&K thread regarding Intel? It looks like the Chip Silverback has come back into style with the Gorilla hunting crowd <g>.

You were just ahead of your time.
