As a former employee of both CheckFree and Compuware in the past 18 months, I have a hard time seeing CPWR getting into EBPP. They have NO experience in running any sort of service such as bill presentment, they have NO experience in sell application software. They do sell wonderful tools for running systems, they do have a terrific consulting practice, they do sell application development software but that is very different from writing an EBPP solution from scratch. In short, something is rotten in Denmark.
