Dear RWB, The Company would not go through the expenditure of time and money if they were not going to come to market. Any stock based M & A does need those shares approved by a SB-2, any selling by insiders can be handled through 144 forms. None of this is needed if there was no intention to have these shares sold, I would suggest you go back and read the area that covers the various ways these shares can be sold, if you think you are going to see 144's filed whooops.,, Barbara
