The reason your IRA's havn't transferred is because it takes longer for a Trustee to Trustee transfer than a regular one. You are reading too much into this transfer stuff. Noone will be in doubt when a real buyin happens. Firstly, there will be volume greater than 15,000 shares and secondly, the buyer will ask for guaranteed delivery which does not happen in the normal course of business.
