I agree with you. I doubt Cisco's drop had much to do with their deal with KPMG. It would have dropped at the open if the street didn't like the deal. There was plenty of time to analyze it before the open. There were probably still some momentum longs who were anticipating an earnings run (if the market rallied) and some others who piled on this morning because they saw a "deal". When the market dropped, that was all they needed to bail. When the price starts dropping, that encourages others to bail. I think earnings announcements now scare people. Earlier positive reports were greeted with a swift spanking in those stocks. BWDIK :-)

I expect a good report and maybe a rally.
